Definitions

• Affiliate: That’s you—the individual or entity joining our Affiliate Program.
• Affiliate Account: Your personal account is created after you apply, and we approve your participation.
• Affiliate Agreement: This document, along with any specific commission structures and guidelines, we provide.
• Affiliate Links: Special hyperlinks you use to direct traffic from your platforms to our websites.
• Affiliate Program: This is our collaboration. You promote our sites and earn commissions based on the traffic and customers you bring in.
• Company: That’s us—TechOptions Group B.V. and our associated entities.
• Commission: The earnings you receive, either a percentage of Net Gaming Revenue or a fixed amount per new customer, as outlined in our commission structures.
• Confidential Information: Any sensitive info about our business, like financial data, strategies, or customer details.

Affiliate Obligations

Here’s what we expect from you:

• Promotion: Actively market our websites using the Affiliate Links we provide.
• Content Standards: Ensure your platforms don’t host any offensive or illegal content.
• Compliance: Follow all relevant laws and regulations, especially concerning data protection and advertising.
• Honest Traffic: Don’t generate traffic through fraudulent means or by misleading potential customers.
• Brand Integrity: Use our branding materials appropriately and avoid any actions that could harm our reputation.

Affiliate Rights

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our intellectual property strictly for promoting our sites. As an Affiliate, you can advertise the company’s services on your website and earn a commission based on your traffic.

You have the right to receive payments according to the commission structures, and your site must comply with applicable laws. You also have access to monitoring tools to track your progress and income.

Company Obligations

We commit to providing you with the necessary tools and support to help you succeed. This includes keeping the Affiliate Program running smoothly and providing timely payments. We also aim to maintain a high standard of service on our websites and resolve any issues that arise.

Company Rights and Remedies

In case things go off track:

• Suspension: We can pause your participation to investigate any suspected breaches of our agreement.
• Withholding Commission: If there’s a breach, we might withhold commissions related to that activity.
• Termination: We reserve the right to end our agreement if necessary.

Commission and Payment

Commissions are based on the traffic you bring in and can be calculated as a percentage of Net Gaming Revenue (NGR). This percentage can be changed by the company at any time.

• Commissions are calculated monthly based on the agreed-upon structure.
• We’ll pay you monthly, no later than the 20th of the following month.
• To receive a payout in any given month, you must accumulate at least $100 in commissions.

Affiliate Program Calculation Terms

The commission structure depends on the traffic you generate and the type of campaign. Under the CPA Payment Plan, you’ll get a one-time payment for each new customer who registers, makes a minimum deposit, and meets wagering requirements.

Customers involved in fraud or bonus abuse won’t qualify for CPA rewards. You’ll get more detailed information on how commissions are calculated once you’re accepted into the program.

High Roller Policy

If a customer generates negative net revenue of at least $10,000 in a month, they’re considered a ‘High Roller.’ Any negative revenue of $2,000 or greater from High Rollers will be carried forward and offset against future earnings from that same player.

Confidential Information

You must secure all confidential information, including business strategies, financial data, and any information not publicly available. Sharing this information without approval may result in the termination of the Affiliate Agreement.

Term and Termination

The agreement begins when you are approved for the Affiliate Program and continues until either you or the company decides to terminate it. Either party can terminate the agreement with a 30-day written notice, and the company can terminate it immediately if you breach the terms. Once terminated, you’ll need to remove our materials from your platforms and stop using our intellectual property.
